What to Do if a TCL Promo Code Doesn’t Work

• Check the product eligibility
TCL promo codes often apply only to specific TV series, screen sizes, or appliance categories. Newly released models are commonly excluded.

• Confirm the promo code period
TCL codes are valid only within a defined campaign window. If the promotion has ended, the code will no longer apply.

• Review minimum spend requirements
Some TCL promo codes require a minimum order value before the discount activates.

• Re-enter the code carefully
Make sure there are no extra spaces and that the code is entered exactly as provided.

• Check for non-stackable discounts
Promo codes usually cannot be combined with clearance pricing, bundle deals, or automatic store discounts.

• Refresh the checkout page
Reload the page or re-add the product to your cart before applying the code again.

• Verify the store or region
TCL promo codes are often region-specific and may not work outside the intended country store.

• Contact customer support
If the code should be valid but does not apply, TCL customer support can confirm eligibility or promotion terms.

TCL Saving Tips

Compare the Same TCL Series in Different Screen Sizes

A TCL TV series can be available in several sizes, including 55", 65", 75", 85" and larger displays. Discounts do not always increase proportionally with screen size, so compare the final price of different sizes within the same series before buying.

Check the Previous TCL TV Generation

When TCL introduces a new television range, previous-generation models can become more attractive on price. Compare the specifications rather than choosing solely by model year, as an older QLED or Mini-LED model may still include the features you need.

Know the Difference Between LED, QLED and Mini-LED

TCL sells televisions across several display technologies. Standard LED models generally target lower price points, QLED models add quantum-dot technology, while Mini-LED ranges sit higher in the lineup and use much smaller backlight LEDs for more precise light control.

Look at the Full TCL Model Number

Two TCL televisions with the same screen size can belong to very different product ranges. Check the complete model number before comparing prices across TCL's official store and other Singapore retailers.

Check Gaming Features Before Paying More

If the TV will be used with a PlayStation, Xbox or gaming PC, check the individual model for features such as 120Hz or 144Hz refresh rates, HDMI 2.1, VRR and ALLM. These features are model-specific and should not be assumed across the entire TCL range.

Compare a TV and Soundbar Separately Against a Bundle

TCL sells both televisions and soundbars, making bundle promotions particularly relevant. Compare the combined promotional price with the cost of purchasing each product separately before deciding which deal provides better value.

Consider Installation for Larger TVs

TCL Products and Technologies

TCL's product range extends from affordable smart TVs to premium large-screen displays, home audio and household appliances. Understanding the main product families can make it easier to compare TCL deals.

TCL Mini-LED TVs

Mini-LED is one of TCL's key display technologies. These TVs use a large number of smaller LEDs in the backlight, allowing more precise control over brightness and dark areas of the picture. TCL uses Mini-LED technology across selected premium and large-screen TV ranges.

TCL QLED TVs

TCL QLED TVs use quantum-dot technology to enhance colour reproduction. They cover a broad range of screen sizes and price points, making QLED one of the main categories to compare when looking for a TCL TV deal.

TCL LED Smart TVs

Standard LED models sit at the more accessible end of TCL's television range. They are worth considering when smart TV functionality and screen size are more important than TCL's higher-end display technologies.

Large-Screen TCL TVs

TCL has a strong focus on large displays, including 75", 85" and larger televisions. These models are particularly relevant for customers building a home cinema or replacing a smaller living-room TV.

TCL Soundbars

TCL's home entertainment range also includes soundbars and subwoofer systems. Selected models are designed to complement TCL televisions and can appear in standalone sales or TV and audio promotions.

TCL Air Conditioners

Outside home entertainment, TCL offers air-conditioning products for different room sizes and cooling requirements. When comparing models, look beyond the discount and check cooling capacity, energy efficiency and installation requirements.

TCL Home Appliances

TCL's wider appliance range includes products such as washing machines and other household electronics, with availability varying across the Singapore range.
